Contingency Plan

Contingency Plan
Name: Arafat Olayo

Production:

Potential problems and how to overcome these problems:
One of the potential problem we could run into is cold and rainy weather and as we are filming most of our music video outdoors, this could be a major problem. However, as we have decided to start filming in the summer holiday, we left ourselves a lot of filming time. In addition, as the park is open to the public, our filming equipments could be in danger of being damaged by unauthorised dogs and people. We plan to avoid this by keeping all equipment in sight and safe at all times.

Artist Profile

                                                                Amber Rubarth

My chosen artist is into the indie, acoustic and soul genre. she is from Brooklyn, New york city in the United states.
she once moved to Carson city, Nevada to attend a wood sculpture apprenticeship instead of going to college where she learned to use a chainsaw and make things like leopards and sailors and benches and pretty signs then one late night in the studio she was talking with the head sculptor there and he was telling me one of the most significant things he ever learned in life was the importance of following your number one passion and not your second or third, because you will only be truly great if you're doing what you really love most. so she put down her chainsaw, quit, and told him she was going to learn to play guitar and be a musician.

Lyrics of our chosen non- copyright song - Amber Rubarth - Rough cut

Suddenly you're shaken with pain, shooting down inside you
And now you're crumbling away but this isn't like you
It doesn't stop 'till it beaks down all you know
your breathing locks and your balance goes

                                             Ladadadada
                                             It takes a minute
                                             Ladadadada
                                             it doesn't finish
                                              Ladadadada
                                             You're breaking faster
                                              Ladadadada
                                             You're nothing after
                                              There's nothing after

You try to make your escape, but the blows keep on coming
And as the dust clear away, you start to notice something
each time a piece crashes down into the floor
you're a little lighter that just before

                                      Ladadadada
                                      it takes a minute
                                      Ladadadada
                                       it doesn't finish
                                      Ladadadada
                                       you'll see it after
                                       Ladadadada
                                       when you look backward
                                       when you look backwards

And now you're eyes shift from negative spaces
to contours that light up this rough cut design
and now you see it, you're sculpture in motion
you're unfinished art that keeps going, it keeps going
it keep going and going and going and going
                                   Ladadadada (...)
